Todd is married to Alix Marinovich. Together, they share one son, Baron, and one daughter, Coski. Todd met his wife while they were both seeking treatment in rehab, where they also had their “unorthodox” first date, according to Alix. Todd has a half-brother, Mikhail Marinovich, who played football at Syracuse University. After the NFL, Todd worked multiple part-time jobs as a painter, and a leader of his rehab’s therapy group.
